Another Great Trip

I wasn't expecting 2 great trips in a row, but lucked out! This last trip I was fortunate enough to go to Rota, Spain. Yep, it's a rough life and I'm just trying to get by...

These were taken from the first Cantina we visited. We weren't hurting for beautiful scenery, nor Sangria, which differed quite a bit from place to place.

Here is a pic taken from the balcony of my hotel room. We stayed at the Hotel Caribe downtown. It was a great location, only a few blocks from everything that's happening... which isn't much during the early afternoon as the local populus is taking part of their national past time, the Siesta!

It worked out great b/c we needed a nap as well before hitting the town that night. However, we missed lunch and were starving by dinner b/c they don't eat until 8 - 11pm.


We had dinner at Argentino's, Delicious! We were then on a mad hunt to find a pub that everyone was talking about. However, we got a little lost and decided to go into the next pub we saw, which couldn't have been more American unless we were back in the states.

Oh well, it was still a blast, even at midnight when some locals came in with their 2-8 year old kids (very odd).
